Portrait of the Filipino as Reader
As part of our goal to profile reading and readers in Philippine society, Read or Die is hosting a photography competition and exhibit called "Portrait of the Filipino as Reader." Through visual media, we want to showcase the different faces of the Filipino as a reader in a world which challenges our definitions and perceptions of literacy and what it really means to read.

Book Auction
Read or Die will be hosting auctions of signed and rare books by international and local authors. Bidding starts at P50.
 
Convention attendees are welcome to either donate their books for auction or to join the auction as partners as per a special agreement with RodCon about commission rates. Interested parties may inquire at rodcon.sec@gmail.com.
  

Read or Die Quiz Show
Read. Or die (trying). Read or Die will be holding a quiz show (about books and literary trivia) during the convention. Winners will receive free books and gift certificates.
 

Book Bingo
Participants will be provided with free book bingo cards in their convention kit. Instead of numbers, the traditional BINGO grid will consist of book titles which participants will scratch out as they are called. The first person who completes a BINGO formation wins a free book or gift certificate.
