All merchandise will be consigned at the booths of the National Book Development Board. This is the first time that indie publishers will be selling as a group at the Book Fair so we hope that you’ll take advantage of this opportunity. The Book Fair routinely attracts at least 50,000 people on its five-day run.

There is no selling fee though sellers will be required to:

1) Register with the NBDB as a Publisher for P1000, as required by law. The fee will cover three years worth of registration fees. Being registered with the National Book Development Board as a publisher means that your works will be displayed in all their booths and exhibits, whether hosted or sponsored, and that you will be invited for free to participate in all their seminars and workshops on publishing and related subjects. 

2) Turn over a commission to the BDAP to cover documentary and tax expenses so be sure to put a markup on your merchandise. (The markup will depend on the BDAP exhibitor who will carry your merchandise for selling). 

3) Submit two copies of each of your works to the National Book Development Board. 

4) Fill out the form below.  

Please note that publishers will be allowed to display only three titles though they may stock as many copies of these titles as they want.
